Large Seaside House in Le Pouldu (Friday Change)

Welcome to this seaside house within a few minutes walk of the beaches at Le Pouldu, west of Lorient and close to restaurants, shops and many various activities.

The lounge has double doors on to the balcony which is upstairs and offers you satellite TV with DVD and video player.  Two three-seater sofas and a further 2/3 seater sofa-bed.  The large kitchen/dining room has full cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, pine dresser and large extending table, with ample seating for eight.  On the ground floor there is also a further "mini" kitchen with kettle, microwave, washing machine and a double bedroom.

The house is on 3 levels:

Ground Floor: one double bedroom, shower room with WC and mini kitchen

First Floor: (as per description above)  Lounge, dining, kitchen, one double bedroom and one twin room.  Shower room with separate WC

Second Floor: one double bedroom, and bathroom with shower over bath and WC.

 Cot is available for a baby. Sea views from the house and the Ile de Groix is clearly visible (and also worth a visit!)

Outside the enclosed garden has garden furniture, parasol, garden trolley, BBQ mosaic garden table and chairs.

Location

There are many restaurants within walking distance, and some local bars, one which is just at the end of the road. Very close by there is plenty of water based activities, like swimming and fishing and many people partake in body and kite surfing on the large beaches.  Bikes can be hired locally.  In the local area there are plenty of things to keep you amused: walks along the River Laita, relax on the sany beaches, horse riding, kayaking, fishing, golf or visits to the art centre in Pont Aven with it's many private galleries, or walk around the historic town of Cancarneau with its famous citadel or shopping in the narrow streets of Quimper, or the marvellous zoo at Pont Scorff - all a short drive from the house.
