This house is set in two acres which has wonderful views over a green valley of trees and fields.  Inside there is a large open-plan lounge with kitchen and dining area.  Original features remain: exposed stone walls and oak beams.  The kitchen is brand new and has all modern conveniences: hob, oven, microwave, fridge and fully equipped with all kitchen appliances including dishwasher and washing machine.

The lounge area has comfortable and modern brand new furniture, including two huge curved sofas.  TV and DVD player, music centre.

Upstairs there are four bedrooms, two double rooms and two twin rooms, and two further toilets. Bed linen is included but you will need to bring your own towels.

This is the very modern downstairs family bathroom, with corner bath and shower and there's a further shower room and toilet.

Outside there is an enclosed garden  to keep the small ones safe with swings and beyond that in a separate area , is the fully enclosed large modern heated swimming pool 9m x 4m. Pool open late May- mid September.   Perfect for family holidays and great base for exploring the beautiful Breton countryside.  Beaches about 25 minutes.

Only 1km from the town of Quistinic, which has a couple of bars, a restaurant and small supermarket.  Hennebont is 15 minutes drive, which has much wider variety of shops and larger supermarkets.  River Blavet only a few minutes away and Poul Fetan, a village of centuries past, is only a few moment's drive. Pool open mid-May to end September depending on ambient weather.

Bed linen and kitchen linen is provided but you will need your own towels. WiFi
