Lovely manor house with private heated pool and beautiful secluded gardens sleeping up to 14

This well loved and cared for Manoir is only 4kms from Languidic and makes for a really comfortable holiday home for up to twelve people.  The downstairs is mostly open plan,  with a large farmhouse kitchen opposite the lounge with huge fireplace.  The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, rotisserie, food warmer, microwave, hob with gas and electric plates, dishwasher etc. Kitchen table and six chairs.  In the utility room there is a washing machine and tumble drier.

In the lounge, there is a comfy leather settee and two matching armchairs, plus further seating.  TV, DVD player and video, with a library of books and videos. A huge stone fireplace dominates one wall and the ceilings have beams.

Down a step and you are into the dining area with large table and further eight chairs.  There is also a downstairs WC.

On the first floor there are four bedrooms:  three doubles with ensuite shower rooms (master has bath and shower) and one twin room.  One of the doubles has zip up beds so can be separated to make another twin room.

On the second floor, there is an extremely large family room with two sets of twin beds and a double, therefore it can sleep six.

All rooms have bedside tables, lamps, wardrobes and views of either the surrounding farmland or the large and beautifully kept gardens. The large private heated pool is securely walled and fenced to regulation and there is ample room to sit around in the sun.

The patio has a teak table and chairs for dining plein air and there is a BBQ. 

AREA

Languidic is right in the heart of the valley of the River Blavet, 30 km from both Lorient and Auray. This beautiful river flows gently through forests and heath land, checked only by the locks which were built by Napoleonic prisoners. Here wildlife abounds. There are magnificent walks and mountain bike circuits.

       The river Blavet, which winds its way from Pontivy to Hennebont. The Atlantic beaches, only 30 minutes away, are safe and sandy. Within easy reach: Auray and its charming port of St Goustan, Vannes with its cathedral and ramparts at the head of the Gulf of Morbihan, Belle Ile by boat from Quiberon, etc.
